What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Maintenance Worker position at Diamond Pools and Spas?
OveWe’re looking to add a dependable, motivated pool cleaner to our team. This position runs a set pool route with a minimum of 9 pools per day, with opportunities to take on more after completing our in-house training program.
Compensation:
- $15/hr starting pay
- Eligibility for a raise after the first month of training
- Regular performance evaluations with additional growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean, insurable driving record
- Ability to work independently and maintain strong customer service standards
What to expect:
This role follows the pace of the pool season — very busy during peak months and slower around the holidays. It’s a great fit for someone who likes active, outdoor work and wants to grow with a rapidly expanding local business.
