Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a real estate transactional attorney to join their Hospitality & Leisure group.
Salary: $345k-$400k
Schedule: Hybrid 3/2
Locations: Chicago, Phoenix, or New York
Responsibilities:
- Lead the drafting and negotiation of LOIs, purchase and sale agreements, hotel management agreements, licenses, franchise agreements, joint ventures, and other complex contracts
- Structure and close hospitality financings, including negotiating credit facilities and collateral packages
- Manage seamless closings by coordinating effectively with clients and transaction stakeholders
- Direct due diligence reviews to proactively identify and resolve potential risks
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 5–7 years of legal experience in real estate or transactional matters
- Recent law firm experience
- Hospitality leisure experience is a plus (not required)
Salary : $345,000 - $400,000
