This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders while ensuring successful delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of the construction project from pre-construction to closeout.
- Manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and procurement strategies.
- Lead project meetings and manage relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards on-site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- Four to seven years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $110,000 - $145,000
