Director of Project Controls – Mechanical Construction
We are seeking an experienced Director of Project Controls to lead project controls operations across large-scale mechanical construction projects. This position will oversee project controls strategy, processes, and teams while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop project controls teams supporting large, complex mechanical projects.
- Establish standardized processes for scheduling, cost control, forecasting, reporting, and risk management.
- Oversee project budgets, financial performance, forecasting, and earned value.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and identify potential delays or cost impacts.
- Partner with Project Executives, PMs, and field leadership to drive performance.
- Provide executive-level reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of project controls experience in mechanical construction.
- Proven experience managing large projects and project controls teams.
- Strong scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
