Role Overview
Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Core Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects through all phases, from preconstruction to closeout.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to keep work progressing on schedule.
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, procurement, and overall financial performance.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, field teams, and design partners.
- Identify and proactively resolve project challenges to minimize risk and maintain project momentum.
- Promote a strong commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $110,000 – $160,000
