Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and workmanship.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, owners, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate daily activities.
- Review plans, specifications, shop drawings, and project documents.
- Identify and resolve field issues and conflicts proactively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
- Enforce company and OSHA safety standards and procedures.
- Track materials, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics.
- Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and turnover.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project partners.
- Represent the company professionally throughout the project lifecycle.
- 5 years of commercial construction superintendent experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading luxury retail construction projects.
- Proven hospitality construction experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with high-end commercial interiors, renovations, build-outs, or ground-up construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong subcontractor management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Strong understanding of OSHA and jobsite safety requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Proficiency with construction/project management software is a plus.
- $100,000–$150,000 base salary, commensurate with experience.
