Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations for multifamily construction projects
- Manage project schedules and coordinate all subcontractor activities
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes
- Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all jobsite activities
- Collaborate with Project Managers to track budgets, schedules, and procurement needs
- Identify and proactively resolve field issues and construction conflicts
- Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities
- Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and progress updates
- Lead and mentor field staff, assistant superintendents, and trade partners
- 4 years of Superintendent experience in ground-up multifamily construction
- Experience managing projects ranging from 100 units preferred
- Strong knowledge of wood-frame, podium, and/or wrap-style multifamily construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proven ability to manage schedules and subcontractor performance
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Stable work history with reputable general contractors or developers
- Experience with large-scale apartment communities, mixed-use developments, or hospitality projects
- Knowledge of Nevada building codes and inspection processes
- Experience delivering projects on aggressive schedules while maintaining quality standards
- Base Salary: $110,000 – $135,000 DOE
