Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of project management for ground-up commercial projects, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality control.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to address project challenges and maintain alignment with project goals.
- Oversee project financials, including budgets, cost forecasting, and change order management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- 10 years of experience as a Project Manager on large ground-up commercial projects.
- Experience managing projects valued between $10M–$50M.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
- Lead significant commercial projects with a respected contractor in the Atlanta market.
