General Superintendent – Mechanical (MEP Construction)

Location: Abilene, Texas

Salary: $110,000 – $180,000 Annually

Description

We’re hiring a General Superintendent in Abilene, TX to lead mechanical, HVAC, and MEP construction projects. This role is ideal for an experienced field leader with a strong background in plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems. You’ll manage daily site operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations, scheduling, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate inspections and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Track budgets, labor hours, and productivity reports.
• Mentor and develop field teams across mechanical and MEP trades.

Qualifications

• 15 years in mechanical/MEP construction supervision.
• Proven success managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
