Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all phases of TI construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
- Prepare RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, and other project documentation.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure timely communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate with field teams to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
- Assist with permitting, inspections, and compliance with local building codes.
- Participate in OAC meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.
- Support punch list development, closeout documentation, and turnover packages.
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial construction; TI experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, subcontractor coordination, and document control.
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem?solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast?paced environment managing multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting TI projects in occupied or high?security environments.
- Familiarity with Seattle permitting processes and local subcontractor market.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate project needs.
- Desire to grow into a Project Manager role with increasing responsibility.
