What You’ll Do
- Manage civil sitework and underground utility projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client communication, and field operations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with client expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with private clients and internal teams
- Provide leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle
- 5 years of experience managing civil sitework and utilities projects
- Proven success delivering projects $5M in value
- Strong background working with private clients (commercial, industrial, or private development)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate field/office activities
- Strong communication, scheduling, and budget management skills
- Strong, stable contractor with a great reputation in the region
- High autonomy and the ability to directly impact project success
- Growth potential within a company that values internal development
