Civil Construction Project Manager – Stuart, FL

Our client, a well-established civil contractor in the Stuart area, is looking to add a Civil Construction Project Manager with strong experience in sitework and utilities projects. This is a great opportunity for a motivated PM who wants long-term stability, autonomy, and the ability to lead impactful projects for private clients.

What You’ll Do

• Manage civil sitework and underground utility projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client communication, and field operations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with client expectations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with private clients and internal teams
• Provide leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of experience managing civil sitework and utilities projects
• Proven success delivering projects $5M in value
• Strong background working with private clients (commercial, industrial, or private development)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate field/office activities
• Strong communication, scheduling, and budget management skills
