Diamond Oilfield Services is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Water Hauling Dispatcher to join our team. We are looking for someone who can coordinate trucking operations, communicate effectively with drivers and customers, and keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced oilfield environment.
Minimum of 1 year of dispatching or related industry experience required.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch water hauling trucks to designated oilfield locations.
- Manage driver schedules, truck assignments, and daily hauling operations.
- Monitor trucking activity and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer demands.
- Communicate with drivers, field personnel, customers, and management throughout the day.
- Track water hauling volumes, loads, tickets, and delivery information.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and daily reports.
- Respond to changing priorities, delays, and customer requests in a timely manner.
- Help ensure drivers follow company policies and applicable DOT and safety requirements.
- Provide reliable communication and support during 24-hour operations, as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of dispatching or related experience required.
- Oilfield, water hauling, or trucking industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers, phones, spreadsheets, and dispatch software.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trucks and changing schedules.
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
