We are expanding our network of independent subcontractors!
We are seeking experienced, dependable, and professional 1099 independent subcontractors in all trades to assist apartment communities, property managers, landlords, and rental property owners with preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
Whether you specialize in cleaning, painting, handyman repairs, flooring, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or complete apartment renovations, we want to hear from you!

CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for subcontractors who:
- Have experience in their trade or specialty
- Provide their own tools, equipment, and transportation
- Can work independently and meet agreed project deadlines
- Maintain professional communication with property managers
- Can provide estimates for labor and materials
- Follow safety procedures and property access requirements
- Can provide before-and-after photos when requested
- Maintain applicable licenses and insurance required for their work
- Can provide references or examples of completed projects when requested
CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES
Work Type: Independent Contractor / 1099
Location: Oklahoma City, Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Midwest City, Del City, Mustang, Piedmont, Bethany, and surrounding Oklahoma communities.
Schedule: Flexible, project-based assignments depending on customer needs and contractor availability.
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
Work Location: In person
