Supervised By: Shift Manager/ Floor Supervisor

General Statement of Responsibilities:

The Floor Attendant is responsible for assisting customers by serving drinks, making change, and pay out jackpots with a high level of customer service. The Floor Attendant will also help with maintaining a clean environment for our guests. The Floor Attendant will also provide other services and perform other duties as assigned and all duties will be performed with safety as a priority.

*Must be willing to work in a secondhand smoke environment.

Specific Areas of Responsibilities:

• Assist customers
• Serve drinks
• Make change
• Greet customers
• Help ensure a clean and friendly environment for guests
• Keep the Diamond Willow Room bar area clean and sanitized.
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be age 21
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• Must qualify for a Gaming License
• Must be able and willing to work any schedule, holidays, and weekends.

Physical Qualifications:

Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds on periodic basis. A Floor Attendant should have good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Preference Policy:

Preference will be given to qualified Susanville Indian Rancheria Tribal Members. Indian preference is granted in accordance with P.L. 93-638.
