Job Overview
- Full-time
- Starting at $20/hour overtime

Youll work alongside experienced operators, learning concrete cutting, core drilling, and demolition while building a long-term career.
What Youll Do
- Report to shop, load equipment, and travel to job sites
- Operate and assist with concrete saws and core drilling equipment
- Perform wall sawing, slab sawing, and related work
- Follow all safety procedures and job site requirements
- Work as part of a crew in active construction environments
Reality of the Job (Read This First)
This is physical, hands-on worknot a desk job.
- Early morning start times
- Heavy lifting (50100 lbs)
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Loud equipment, dust, slurry, and water
- Active job sites and traffic control
- Overtime and year-round work
Training & Growth
- Hands-on, on-the-job training
- Work directly with experienced operators
- Goal: Reach safe, basic operational level within first 90 days
- Opportunity to grow into a skilled operator role
