We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Film Applicator to join our

team at Diamond Quality Collision. This position involves the

installation of various automotive films, including Paint Protection

Film (PPF), window tint, and vinyl wraps. The ideal candidate will take

pride in high-quality craftsmanship, precision, and maintaining the

professional standards of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) on a variety of vehicles to
  
  
  

prevent paint damage and enhance finish durability.

• Apply automotive window tint in compliance with state laws and
  
  
  

customer specifications.

• Perform vinyl wrap installations for both full and partial vehicle
  
  
  

coverage, including custom designs and graphics.

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for film application, ensuring cleanliness
  
  
  

and smoothness to achieve flawless results.

• Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the
  
  
  

workspace.

• Keep up-to-date with new film technologies, tools, and application
  
  
  

techniques.

• Assist in estimating, scheduling, and documentation as needed.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in PPF, tint, or vinyl application preferred
  
  
  

(training available for the right candidate).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise work.
• Good hand-eye coordination and steady manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and delivering
  
  
  

excellent customer service.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Compensation:

Competitive pay based on experience, with opportunities for advancement

and training. Starting hourly wage is $20.00.
