Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of automotive components and repair procedures
- Experience or willingness to learn vehicle tear down and reassembly
- Strong attention to detail in cleaning, polishing, and finishing vehicles
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a team environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Cutting, buffing, and polishing experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods to inspect vehicles and
