Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting through closing—while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a combination of business development, account management and technical product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through consistent follow-up and communication
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to track activity, manage accounts and analyze performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to create business development strategies and share best practices
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Provide technical product guidance, clearly communicating value propositions based on application and aggregate
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven success in inside sales, retail sales, or B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability in account management and relationship building
- Understanding of business development strategies and identifying new market opportunities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism
