Duties
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their needs.
- Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions.
- Utilize CRM software such as ZoHo to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to increase revenue streams.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status for reporting purposes.Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
