Position Summary
As an experienced Driver/Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you’ll play a vital part in helping mover products and materials. The ideal candidate will ensure that incoming and outgoing shipments are delivered in a timely manner.
This role reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
$ 18.00/hr - $25.00/hr USD
Salary is based on experience. On-the-job training will be provided.

Position Summary
As an experienced Driver/Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you’ll play a vital part in helping mover products and materials. The ideal candidate will ensure that incoming and outgoing shipments are delivered in a timely manner.
This role reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver materials to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Comply with traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Help with loading and unloading vehicles.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate packing and labeling.
- Assemble wood boxes to specific measurements using hammer and nails.
- Unload and inspect incoming shipments, verifying against purchase orders and invoices.
- Document any discrepancies or damages and report them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery confirmations.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow safety rules and procedures at all times.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with the local area.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects >50 lbs.
- Experience with warehouse operations and material handling.
- Basic computer skills
