Practice Manager
Bridgeport Laser & Wellness Center – Tualatin, OR
Pay: $50,000 – $75,000 per year (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time (32 hours/week) — Flexible schedule options

Bridgeport Laser & Wellness Center is a modern, patient-focused medical aesthetics and wellness clinic specializing in injectables, advanced laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and medical weight-loss programs.
Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional results in a welcoming, professional environment. We’re looking for a Practice Manager who will be a trusted, on-site leader and the driving force behind smooth daily operations—someone who ensures the patient and team experience remains exceptional, even when the owner is not onsite.
What You’ll Do

Oversee daily operations to keep the clinic running efficiently and seamlessly

Be the leadership presence and point of accountability when the owner is not onsite

Lead, support, and inspire a high-performing team of clinical and administrative staff

Manage scheduling, inventory, and daily performance metrics

Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state medical regulations

Partner with providers and the medical director to elevate patient care and experience

Support marketing and patient engagement initiatives to help the practice grow

Address and resolve patient concerns with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of management experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or wellness setting (required)

Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, solution-driven mindset

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure

Passion for aesthetics and patient-centered care

Weekend availability is required
