️ Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front office operations (patient check-in/out, scheduling, billing)
- Hire, train, and manage front office staff and volunteers
- Maintain organized patient records and efficient office systems
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Educate patients on clinic policies and available holistic healthcare solutions
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
- Manage office inventory, supply ordering, and vendor relations
- Handle billing, insurance claims, collections, and financial reporting Track and report key KPIs (patient volume, revenue targets, A/R aging, staff productivity, satisfaction scores)
