Job Ad: Nurse Injector
Location: Asheville, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $35/hour production pay
Benefits: PTO, uniform allowance, education allowance, free services, two conferences per year
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Nurse Injector (RN, BSN preferred) to join our growing team. As we undergo an exciting team transformation, we are looking for a confident, professional, and competent injector who can help re-establish our practice’s aesthetic services. Following a complete team transition, we are building a new, dynamic staff, and we need a strong, experienced injector to help fill the gap left by our previous team. Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of injectable treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and PDO threads
- Conduct comprehensive consultations, assess patient needs, and develop customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on aesthetic treatments and skin care options
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new treatment modalities
- Work closely with the front desk, estheticians, and wellness team to create a seamless patient experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an aesthetic injector (RN required; BSN preferred)
- Expertise in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other medical aesthetic procedures
- Strong sales skills and ability to increase client load and revenue
- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent teamwork and collaboration
- Professional and friendly demeanor with outstanding communication skills
- Social media proficiency preferred to engage and educate potential clients
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education
