Compensation:
- 30% performance incentive on injectable treatments
- Additional performance incentive structure for other treatments (to be discussed)
Schedule: Flexible (Part-time or Full-time) | Weekend availability preferred
About the Role
Bellava MedAesthetics and Plastic Surgery Center is seeking a high-performing Aesthetic Injector who thrives in a performance-based environment and is motivated by strong earning potential.
This role is ideal for an experienced injector who is confident in their ability to convert consultations, build long-term patient relationships, and drive consistent treatment revenue while delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including:
- Neurotoxins
- Dermal fillers
- Advanced injectable treatments
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations
- Develop personalized and results-driven treatment plans
- Deliver an exceptional, high-touch patient experience
- Drive consult-to-treatment conversion
- Increase patient retention and rebooking
- Recommend ongoing treatment plans and maintenance programs
- Contribute to practice growth and business development
Requirements
- Active license as an RN, NP, or PA
- Proven experience as an Aesthetic/Cosmetic Injector
- Strong consultation and sales skills
- Demonstrated track record in:
- Revenue generation
- Patient retention
- High consultation-to-treatment conversion
- Treatment plan upselling
- Comfortable working in a results-driven, performance-based environment
- Experience with aesthetic devices is a plus
Important Note
This is not a training role. We are seeking an experienced injector who can perform confidently from day one.
An established patient base or the ability to quickly build one is strongly preferred.
