Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetics, confidence in their injection skills, and a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction. Experience with Botox, dermal fillers, and biostimulants is required. Experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and weight loss management is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers, and biostimulants (Sculptra, Radiesse).

• Conduct thorough consultations, educate patients on treatment options, and create personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation in our EMR system.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients to encourage retention and referrals.

• Collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure smooth and seamless patient experiences.

• Stay current on the latest industry trends, products, and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of North Carolina.

• 1–2 years of hands-on injection experience.

• Proficiency in Botox, dermal fillers, and biostimulants.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional, team-oriented, and patient-focused approach.
