Responsibilities
- Deliver a variety of aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing, microdermabrasion, and body treatments.
- Perform personalized consultations to assess client needs and develop customized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, aftercare, and professional product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting treatment environment in compliance with all health and sanitation guidelines.
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Stay updated on the latest industry techniques, products, and trends.
- Collaborate with the Unique Physique team to support an outstanding client experience.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Louisiana Aesthetician license.
- Experience providing professional skincare treatments in a spa, salon, or medical setting preferred.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for continuing education.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
