Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (Injector)

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector to join a growing, high-end aesthetic practice in Fernandina Beach. This role is ideal for a skilled injector who values delivering natural-looking results and building long-term patient relationships in a refined, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records
• Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes
• Foster strong, ongoing relationships with patients
• Deliver a high level of patient care and overall experience

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with injectables (fillers and neurotoxins)
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment
• Experience working with a mature patient demographic preferred
• Background in ER, ICU, or other high-acuity settings is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience with aesthetic devices (e.g., laser, ultrasound, body contouring)
• Interest in continuing education and advanced training

Compensation

• $60–$70 per hour, based on experience
• Performance-based incentives tied to productivity and service sales
