Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing anti-aging and wellness clinic located in Jacksonville (Ortega), FL. This is a part-time position that focuses on providing advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments, including Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), injectables, IV therapy, weight management, and functional medicine. If you have a strong background in hormone therapy, men’s and women’s health, and aesthetics, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, patient-focused environment.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
Administer BHRT (including pellet therapy) and manage hormone-related concerns
Perform aesthetic injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers
Administer IV and IM therapy treatments and manage blood draws
Provide GLP-1 and/or GLP-1 & GIP injections and monitor for side effects
Perform body contouring procedures using EMSculpt NEO
Order and interpret labs and maintain accurate EMR documentation
Educate patients on membership options, nutraceuticals, and skincare products
Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner License OR Physician Assistant license in the State of Florida
DEA License
Minimum 2 Years Of Experience In BHRT And/or Injectables
Strong knowledge of anti-aging, aesthetic medicine, and wellness care
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with EMR systems
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
