Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our growing operations and technology team. This role goes beyond traditional CRM/sales support and includes building and managing Salesforce-based systems for operations, logistics, client services, and integration workflows.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Configure, customize, and manage Salesforce orgs.
· Build and maintain automation supporting operations, logistics, and service workflows.
· Translate business process needs into Salesforce solutions.
· Maintain data integrity and build reports/dashboards.
· Provide user support and training.
· Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations.
· Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· 3–5 years as a Salesforce Administrator.
· Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and automation.
· Experience using Salesforce in non‑sales/operations/logistics workflows.
· Strong data management and reporting skills.
· Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate clearly.
· Experience with integrations and technical teams.
What Sets You Apart:
· Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or operations-focused Salesforce apps.
· Some Apex experience
· Healthcare, laboratory, or logistics industry familiarity.
· Experience with API-based integrations.
