Job Description : ROLE PROFILE Job Title: PA Level: L6 Location: 3WTC New York, NY Reports To: Stephanie Jacoby Department: Global Category Team – Vodka and Tequila Purpose of the Role: Provide trusted, proactive and confidential PA support to vodka and tequila senior leadership team (3 L2s, 1 SL), helping them and their teams use time well and stay focused on Diageo’s priorities. The role acts as a key coordination point across senior stakeholders, managing diaries, meetings, travel, information flow and administration with sound judgement, pace and care. By understanding the areas they support, the PA anticipates needs, improves ways of working and helps ensure meetings, projects and key activities are well planned, well governed and delivered effectively. Key Accountabilities (3-5) 1. Enable effective leadership rhythm and time management Proactively manage complex diaries, priorities and stakeholder demands. Anticipate needs, protect focus time and ensure meetings are purposeful, well prepared and followed through. 2. Coordinate high-quality meetings, travel and events Plan and deliver virtual and in-person meetings, leadership forums, conferences, visits and travel. Manage logistics, technology, rooms, catering, visitors, visas, accommodation and local arrangements. 3. Deliver accurate administration and information management Coordinate data, pre-reads and meeting documentation. Manage purchase orders, invoices, expenses and Concur activity accurately and on time. Maintain reliable filing systems and support urgent leadership asks with pace and discretion. Key Competencies (3) 1. Proactive organisation and prioritisation Anticipates leader and team needs, balances competing priorities, makes sound judgement calls and adapts quickly while staying calm under pressure. 2. Senior stakeholder management and communication Builds trusted relationships with senior leaders, executives, non-executive directors and colleagues. Operational, digital and governance excellence Uses tools, systems and best-practice ways of working to run effective meetings and processes. Maintains accuracy, compliance and confidentiality, applying business understanding to improve support and outcomes. Qualifications and Experience Required: Strong performance in a PA or Team Assistant role operating at senior level Confident user of Microsoft tools/suite – e.g Teams, Co-Pilot, Word, Excel and PPT, with strong digital capability and experience of virtual meeting platforms Ideally confident using relevant functional systems, such as Workday Experience of working across geographies would be advantageous Salary Range: $64,688.00 - $107,813.00 Flexibility is key to our success.
