Title: Junior Videographer
Summary: The Diadem Team is growing FAST and we're looking for a driven, energetic Junior Videographer to join our dynamic marketing team. As one of the fastest-growing athletic brands in the country, we are looking for a passionate content creator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring fresh, innovative video content to life. The Junior Videographer will assist in developing and producing high-quality content that showcases our brand, products, and personalities across all digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, filming, and editing video content. This includes approximately 2-5 longform videos/month (Tech talks, informational videos, educational on product, event recaps, Diadem presents, podcast) and 10-15 shortform videos/month (Ads, entertainment videos/skits/trends, clips of long form, highlighting old products)
- Help conceptualize and produce launch videos for product drops
- Overseeing reimagining and updating the creative direction of legacy products
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support creative direction for campaigns
- Capture and edit engaging content for social media, website, and other digital platforms
- Assist in conducting off-camera interviews and other documentary-style content
- Stay current with video trends and experiment with a range of formats and techniques
- Organize and maintain digital asset management platform
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is required
- Preferred but not required: Photoshop, After Effects, Capcut, Adobe Rush
- Hands on experience managing video cameras, setting up audio and lighting equipment
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to high-quality work
- Ability to collaborate and work with a team
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Maintains a positive, “find a way” mentality
Location: Pompano Beach, Florida (onsite)
Compensation: $40-46k/year

Salary : $40,000 - $46,000
