Additional responsibilities may include arranging events, handling errands related to business activities, and assisting with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to support senior leadership and office operations.
- Demonstrated Personal Assistance and Diary Management skills to manage schedules, appointments, and personal tasks efficiently.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations).
