We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources, a strong understanding of HR practices, and the ability to manage both HR and administrative functions efficiently. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting our HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of HR policies, and overseeing administrative processes that contribute to the overall success of the department.
This position will report directly to the VP of HR and will work closely with leadership to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of HR and administrative initiatives. Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Support day-to-day HR operations, including, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Assist in implementing HR policies, programs, and best practices that align with organizational goals.
Handle employee inquiries and concerns, provide timely and effective solutions, and resolve conflicts.
Partner with department leaders to provide guidance on employee performance, development, retention, and disciplinary action.
Manage employee leaves of absence, including FMLA and other related processes.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and record-keeping.
Administration:
Oversee office administration, including facilities management, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Support leadership with scheduling, documentation, and communication needs.
Manage company records, contracts, and confidential documentation.
Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to various departments.
Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in HR software, administrative systems, and MS Office.
