Assistant Position
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist with the intake and reporting of property insurance claims
- Coordinate property inspections with clients, insurance companies, and vendors
- Prepare reports and maintain claim files
- Perform general administrative and customer service tasks
Requirements
- Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and data entry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior administrative or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation and live within approximately 35 minutes of the office
Compensation
- $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Location: Doral
