Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.66 per hour (experience-based compensation)

We’re currently seeking a friendly and dependable Lobby Attendant to help us maintain the welcoming atmosphere our guests expect.
What You’ll Do
As a Lobby Attendant, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including the lobby, entrances, elevators, and restrooms. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring guests feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Your Day-to-Day
- Clean and maintain public areas including the lobby, entrances, hallways, elevators, and restrooms
- Replenish supplies and amenities in public spaces as needed
- Greet guests with warmth and assist with directions or general inquiries
- Support the front desk and bell staff with light guest service tasks
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas
What You Bring
- Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- A team-oriented attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
