Status: Full-Time 
Salary Range: $21.00 - $26.35 (experience-based compensation)

What You'll Do

  • Execute prep and line cooking duties with speed, skill, and consistency
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service
  • Adapt to changing menus, dietary needs, and special events
  • Own your station—mise en place, timing, and presentation
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with chefs, servers, and support staff
  • Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive kitchen culture

What You Bring

  • 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen (hotel or upscale dining preferred)
  • Solid knife skills and familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment
  • Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
  • Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow in the culinary field

Additional Responsibilities

  • The hotel operates 24/7, requiring department schedules to adapt to varying business demands. Employees may need to work shifts outside their preferred or usual hours.
  • Employees must comply with all hotel-established work rules, procedures, and policies, including those outlined in the employee handbook.
