About Us
DHB Enterprises LLC, doing business as “Level Brands” is a multi-channel online retailer and distributor. We retail products from leading brands on marketplaces such as Amazon.com, eBay.com, and Walmart.com. Our product assortment contains over 1,000 SKUs across many categories, and is growing rapidly. We are also in the early stages of developing our own private label brands to be sold online and distributed nationwide.
We are a small but growing team located in a brand new warehouse/office building in Middleton, MA, looking to expand our product assortment, sales channels, and relationships with existing vendors. As a successful retailer in the top 1-2% of third party merchants by sales volume, you will learn highly valued and sought-after career skills as retail continues to move increasingly online.

Job Responsibilities:
The warehouse associate performs a wide variety of duties, including:
- Receiving pallets and boxes from mail carriers and freight companies
- Labelling, bagging, bubble wrapping, and boxing products
- Stowing items in various warehouse locations
- Picking and packing individual orders
- Facilities maintenance and upkeep
Role Expectations:
- Working hours of 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
- High attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Willingness to learn systems and grow within our structure
Incentive Pay:
For our Warehouse Associate role there is also a built in performance based rewards program. The production of the warehouse team as a whole is evaluated on a month to month basis. When production numbers meet certain thresholds, the warehouse team all receive bonuses for the month. This gives everyone within the role a goal to strive for to align themselves with the company while also allowing the chance for their hard work to be rewarded beyond the base pay.
