What You'll Do
· Receive, inspect, and organize incoming equipment and materials, logging every item into our inventory system (JobBOSS² or similar ERP/WMS platform).
· Use handheld scanners, tablets, and digital tracking tools to keep inventory counts accurate and up to date.
· Pick, pack, and prepare equipment for shipments, installations, and vehicle build-outs.
· Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with sharp attention to detail.
· Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and audit-ready at all times.
· Communicate professionally via email and in person to keep projects and deadlines on track.
· Receive, park, and safely move vehicles as directed by the shop foreman.
What You Bring
· Hands-on experience with inventory counts, shipping & receiving, or general warehouse operations.
· Comfortable with technology — you can navigate inventory/ERP software (think JobBOSS² or similar systems), handheld scanners, tablets, or other digital tools without missing a beat.
· Clear, professional communication skills, including confident email correspondence with teammates and vendors.
· A team-first mindset with the ability to juggle priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
· Sharp organizational instincts — you can identify and sort emergency vehicle equipment with ease.
· A valid driver's license.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly, with occasional teamwork on heavier loads.
· Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout an 8-hour shift.
· Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and the sounds of tools and vehicle bays.
· Ability to safely receive, park, and move vehicles within the facility as needed.
