Job Description:

Semper Valens Solutions is looking for a Full Stack Developer with the experience and skills to take conceptual descriptions of a desired end state and design prototypes for testing and approval prior to full implementation into a production environment. Newly developed capabilities must comply with the latest Government approved Communications Security Logistics Activity (CSLA) Software Development Plan (SDP). The Information System Security Program Application (ISSPA) Web Development team is responsible for developing and maintaining the ISSPA and in addition to the above, the work will include:

• Develop and design prototypes in development environment

• Perform upgrades of website platform/framework and software development tools to ensure consistency with industry advancements

• Perform test driven development.

• Ensure products properly authenticate users through Direct PKI and grants users access to only the pages/information they are required to have access to.

• Comprehensive functional and regression testing to ensure the capabilities meet intended design description.

• Implement solutions by the approved project schedule deadline.

• Utilize Azure Pipelines to deploy software solutions to needed environments.

• Enhance and maintain the website and associated applications/database(s) by referencing the corresponding Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Software Design Description (SDD), and any additional Government technical documentation provided during development.

• Works well within a small Agile team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 3 years of experience

• Security or other IAT Level II Certification.

• an additional 3 years of related experience in web software development will be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree
