Job Description: Customer Service Representative (Voice)
Role Summary: We are looking for dependable individuals to join our customer support team. In this entry-level role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, answering basic questions and ensuring they have a positive experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide simple solutions or information about products/services.
- Accurately update customer records and notes in our computer system after every call.
- Recognize when a problem is too complex and route the customer to the correct supervisor or department.
- Use provided guides and scripts to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
Basic Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is a must; they can be from any field
- Clear verbal communication skills in English and a helpful attitude.
- Ability to use a computer, type at a moderate speed, and navigate between multiple windows/tabs.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evening shifts.
- Strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or any role involving public interaction.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word).
