A Choice Hotel located in Sayre, Pennsylvania is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The front desk team plays the most important role in guest experience and is the first contact point for arrivals, guest service, and brand impression.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check-in/check-out guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Handle guest requests, questions, complaints and ensure issues are resolved quickly
- Answer phones, manage reservations, email communication, and OTA reservations
- Balance cashier and end-of-day reports accurately
- Maintain lobby/front desk cleanliness and professional appearance
- Assist with nightly audit process (if on evening / overnight shift)
Requirements:
- Prior hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable, professional, punctual and able to multi-task
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer skills required (PMS experience a plus)
- Ability to work flexible scheduling (weekends/holidays rotation may be required)
