This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Front Desk Agent based in Binghamton, NY. The Hotel Front Desk Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out processes, answering inquiries, managing phone calls, and booking reservations. The role will also include assisting guests with requests and ensuring a positive guest experience, while collaborating with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to assist guests promptly and professionally
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette to handle inquiries and guest interactions effectively
- Experience with Reservations management and familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a benefit
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
