We’re growing and seeking an Analyst Associate who wants to turn data into strategy, deepen technical and planning skills, and build a long-term career toward becoming a financial advisor.
What You’ll Do
As an Analyst Associate, you’ll be the architect behind the plan. You’ll:
- Build financial models and client deliverables that empower advisors to lead impactful conversations.
- Support client planning preparation and deliverables across DHF’s financial planning software suite (eMoney, Holistiplan, Zocks, Salesforce, Envestnet).
- Prepare insurance and investment illustrations, projections, and quarterly reviews.
- Collaborate across the team — from client service associates to partners — to ensure seamless execution.
- Shadow client meetings and gradually begin leading segments as your confidence grows.

Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related field
- Progress toward completion or Active Life & Health License, SIE, Series 7 & 66
- Progress toward, or interest in, CFP®, CPA®, CFA®, or ChFC® designation
- Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, financial software, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A genuine desire to serve clients and be part of something bigger than yourself
