Position: People and Culture - Recruiter II
Location:- New York - 30 Hudson Yards_NY012(Hybrid Role)
Contract Position
Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the
Role FULL CYCLE RECUITING – interviewing, negotiating offers, onboarding, etc.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Product Hiring experience in a large multi-tiered organization
a. 3-6 years of experience; They can have agency experience but must also have corporate. Agency only will not work.
2) Sr. Technical Full Cycle Recruiting Experience
a. 3-5 years of experience.
3) Strong stakeholder management
a. 3-5 years of experience.
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements1)
None.
Soft Skills/Background:
1) Strong and natural sense of urgency, strong stakeholder management skills, very hands on with all projects
2) Need to be a proactive problem solver, very organized and roll with the punches
3) Open to background – but need to be senior product recruiter and can submit high quality candidate and understand the technical aspect
4) Red flags – high volume, exclsuve agency experience, sourcing recruiting
a. NEED TO HAVE FULL CYCLE EXPERIENCETechnology
Requirements:
1) Must have used an ATS before, doesn’t have to be Workday although that would be helpful.
Education / Certifications
1) BS or BA.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $46.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
Salary : $40 - $46
