• Well versed with the usage of a tape measure with accuracy.
• Confident ability in working with and installing different types of vinyls.
• Understands the difference between vinyls and if and when they are to be used on different substrates.
• Responsible and respectful attitude towards customers as well as to others on the team.
• The ability to problem solve and think for themselves.
• The ability to confident and assertive in their own abilities.
• Works well with a team.
• Is confident using a variety of tools such as table saws, handheld saws, drills, wrenches and blades.
• Is sensitive to cleanliness not only in the shop but at customer sites as well.
• Knows how to work around unforeseen issues.
• Is very mechanically inclined.
• Has an understanding of substrates such as metals, PVC, foam, acrylic, wood and their properties, when and when not to use each of them.
• The ability to manage many ongoing projects at the same time.
• Understands ShopVox software as well as their role associated. Keeping track of all “Job Cards” assigned to them as well as executing the projects in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication between themselves and others in the team. Allotting the appropriate team member the appropriate details required for a projects execution.
• Expected to be prompt to work a responsibly with time management.
• Mindful to safety, self aware around tools and equipment.
• Able to lift 75 pound physical demands.
• Welding | Basics - Mig, Stick, etc.
• Aerial Equipment | Boom/Scissor Lifts, ladders, scaffolding.
• Electrical hookups | Basic Low Voltage-to-Alternating Current.
• Manual Labor | Digging holes, shovels, rakes, post hole digger, ground tools, etc.
• Training on CNC Machine, Letter brake/notcher.
Salary : $600 - $800
