Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling inbound/outbound calls to potential customers. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to schedule inspections
- Aid in other office responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous interactions with customers
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the database
- Meet or exceed call quotas and sales targets
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Bookkeeping and leadership experience are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both in English and Spanish (not required), are highly desirable
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Sales experience is a plus
