The pay rate for this position is up to $30 per hour depending on experience and ability.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Working knowledge of security, surveillance and access control software applications.

- Assisting Customer Service team with answering service-related questions
- Ability to wire and diagnose issues with access control systems
- IP configuration on camera systems
- Ability to navigate CRM software system for important job details
- Ability to operate Surface Tablet
