About the Role
DFW Property Management.com LLC is hiring a full-time Bilingual Property Management Coordinator for our Bedford office.
This is a high-responsibility role in a fast-paced property management environment. You will handle communication with property owners and tenants, coordinate maintenance, support leasing operations, and assist with field activities such as property walkthroughs, photos, and lockbox/sign installations.
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and able to follow through without being reminded.
Key Responsibilities
Communication & Customer Service
- Communicate with owners, tenants, and prospects in both English and Spanish
- Handle upset or frustrated callers professionally and calmly
- Clearly explain next steps and updates
- Document all conversations with clear and accurate notes
Operations & Maintenance
- Track and follow up on maintenance requests until completed (no open loops)
- Coordinate vendors, tenants, and owners for scheduling and access
- Keep systems updated with status, notes, and follow-ups
Field Work
- Visit properties for walkthroughs, photos, and basic inspections
- Install/remove lockboxes and yard signs with correct information
- Verify property condition after work is completed
Leasing & New Client Support
- Speak with prospective property owners and gather property details
- Explain our services and pricing (training provided)
- Support follow-up with interested owners
Organization & Admin
- Maintain organized records, tasks, and checklists
- Provide daily/weekly updates on completed and pending work
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent follow-through and organization
- Comfortable on the phone and handling customer issues
- Basic computer skills (email, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment

- You are disorganized or frequently miss details
- You avoid phone calls or customer interaction
- You need constant supervision to complete tasks
Compensation
- $18 – $20 per hour
- Full-time (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM)
- Paid holidays (approximately 6 per year)
- Company vehicle provided for field work
- Training provided
