About the Role
We are a growing healthcare organization seeking a B2B Partnership Specialist to build and manage partnerships with daycares, schools, small businesses, and medical spas. This role focuses on high-quality partnerships that align with clinical capacity and deliver consistent patient access.
This is a W-2 employee role with guaranteed base pay and performance-based commissions.
Compensation
- $22,000 annual base salary (paid biweekly)
- Commission paid monthly
- Commission earned by meeting clear, objective KPIs
- High performers earn $30,000–$80,000 including commission
Commission Structure
- Daycare partnerships (onsite flu shots or employer health agreements):
- → $150 per active contract per month
- School onsite flu-shot programs (Sept–Feb):
→ $150 per school enrollment
- Medical spa partnerships:
→ $300 per executed contractCommission is paid only when:
- Agreement is signed
- Go-live date is confirmed
- First payment is received (if applicable)
Performance Expectations
To earn commission in a month, you must meet:
- 3 new signed partnership contracts per calendar month
Capacity Protection
- Contracts are capped at 25 new contracts per month
- Additional contracts require administrative approval to ensure provider availability
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and qualify inbound partnership leads
- Conduct outreach to prospective partners
- Lead discovery calls and presentations
- Explain services, workflows, and compliance clearly
- Secure and manage partnership agreements
- Coordinate onboarding with internal teams
- Maintain ongoing partner relationships
- Track activity and pipeline in CRM
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, healthcare outreach, or business development
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Comfortable working independently with accountability
- CRM experience preferred
- Healthcare or services industry experience a plus
