What You'll Do
Serve as a senior underwriting resource for agents, customers, and internal stakeholders
Analyze and underwrite complex residential and commercial title transactions
Provide clear, practical guidance on title issues, curative matters, and risk mitigation
Exercise sound judgment to approve, modify, or decline risks within authority limits
Partner with escrow, sales, and operations teams to keep transactions moving efficiently
Interpret and apply underwriting guidelines while contributing to their evolution
Support high-value and time-sensitive deals with responsiveness and precision
Act as a problem-solver on challenging files-bringing creative, business-minded solutions
What You Bring
5-7 years of title underwriting experience with increasing complexity
Strong working knowledge of real estate law, title insurance, and settlement practices
Proven ability to handle complex or high-liability transactions confidently
Comfort operating with autonomy and making risk-based decisions
Strong communication skills-you can translate technical title issues into clear guidance
A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without slowing down deals
